Sgt_JD OK. I totally screwed something up on my comp. Need your expertise. willing to pay...naturally. I plugged an old hard drive in to try and recover some old pictures. The comp booted up as normal, then found the added drive. I went under disc manager and made what I thought was the added drive into an active drive. when I attempted to restart comp, cannot find file NTLDR. comp will not boot at all now. I apparently altered the system drive instead of the old drive. can u help? hope I posted this in hte right spot. thanks, Jeff
